Refund & Rescheduling Policy
At The Gulf Bowl, we work hard to prepare and reserve your party experience in advance. Please review our refund and rescheduling policy carefully before booking.
Deposits & Payments
All deposits and reservation payments are non-refundable.
Because your reservation secures dedicated space, staff, and accommodations for your event, we are unable to issue refunds for cancellations or missed parties.
Rescheduling Policy
If you need to reschedule your event, we require at least 72 hours notice prior to your scheduled party time.
With proper notice, your deposit/payment may be:
- Applied toward a future rescheduled party date, or
- Converted into an in-house gift card for future use
Less Than 72 Hours Notice
Cancellations or reschedule requests made less than 72 hours before the event are not eligible for transfer, rescheduling credit, or gift card conversion.
No Shows
No-shows or failure to attend your scheduled reservation will result in forfeiture of all payments made.
