How do I check if my time and date is available?
You can check availability online by clicking on Birthday Party Reservation or by calling 251-943-4575.
What if I have more than 10 guests?
The more the merrier! You can select the number of guests during the online booking process and you’ll automatically get an adjusted price based on the package you select. You can also call us at 251-943-4575 to get a quote.
How long do we get with a party package?
Your party experience lasts 2-3 hours based on the number of attractions you choose. One hour in the party room for food, drinks, and cake cutting. The other hour is spent enjoying our attractions.
Do we need to pay a deposit?
Yes, a non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to book your party.
Can we bring our own cake and icecream?
Yes, you can bring your own cake and ice cream. For food safety reasons, we don’t allow outside food and drinks. Fortunately, we have a full-service restaurant you can order from.
What does a Party Host do?
We’re glad you asked! Your Party Host will act as your onsite point of contact who will help you keep on a schedule, guide you through your attractions, and everything you need to make your party stress-free.
When are we allowed to show up for the party?
Your Private Party room is reserved during the time you select, but you’re welcome to show up anytime before your party. You can even play games while you wait for guests.
Do we need to help clean up?
Nope. We take of all the cleanup and will even help you carry anything to your vehicle.
Will we get a check for the remaining balance?
Yes, your party host will provide you with the check. Tipping is optional but much appreciated.
